Apple clafoutis - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 400 milliliters of milk
  • 100 grams of fresh cream
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 30 grams of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 big apples


Clean and cut the apples.


Mix the eggs with the sugar.


Add the flour and mix.


Add the milk and the fresh cream and mix until well incorporated.


Pour the liquid composition over the apples.


Preheat the oven at 180 Celsius degrees.

Put the clafoutis in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until ready.
