Mini milk pudding cookies - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients for the dough:
  • 300 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of fresh cream
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 6 grams of yeast or 1 spoon of baking powder
  • 5 spoons of sunflower oil
  • 5 spoons of milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg
  • salt


Mix all the ingredients above and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.


Make little balls and press the middle until flat.
 

Add the filling and the apricot or another fruit you like.




Put them in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until brown.
