Baked french toast with cheese - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 400 milliliters of milk
  • 200 grams of salted cheese
  • 250 grams of bread
  • 3 spoons of creme fresh
  • 30 grams of butter
  • raisins

Mix 3 eggs with the milk.


Mix the cheese with the remaining 3 eggs with the fresh cream and the raisins.


Soak the bread in the milk/eggs mixture and add it in a pan like in the photo.


In the middle add the cheese.

Make a lid from other slices of bread soaked in milk/egg mixture and cover the tray.

Pour the remaining mixture milk/eggs in the tray.


Add pieces of butter on top and put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.
