Quince stew - vegetable dish (recipe, including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 1 quince
  • 1 small onion (or half of a big one)
  • 150 grams of water
  • 2 spoons of flour
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • olive oil
  • salt


Cut the onion and let it fry in the olive oil.


Cut the quince and add it over the fried onion.


Let it fry in a covered pan for 5-10 minutes.


Separately prepare the sauce from the water, salt, sugar and flour.


Add the sauce over the quince and let it cook until creamy.


Enjoy!
