Pasta Carbonara - recipe (including photos)

Maybe you have other recipes of carbonara, but this is our version.

Ingredients:
  • 200 grams of bacon
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 3 onions
  • 150 grams of fresh cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of grated cheese
  • pasta
  • salt
  • pepper


Fry the onions with the bacon.


Add the mushrooms.


Let them cook for half of hour. After the mixture is cold add the grated cheese, the eggs and, if you like, 100 milliliters of white wine.
 

We had only red wine.


Add the fresh cream and let the mixture cook for 5 minutes at slow fire.


Meanwhile boil the pasta following the instructions written on its package. Mix the boiled pasta with the mixture above, and let it in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees celsius. Above all this, you can add some grated cheese.
